I just wanted to tell you how wonderful it was working with this company. I live in Huntington Beach and was coordinating my daughters wedding to be held on 11/14 in Hemet on horse property. I had so many questions that I got to work with Lisa, Janet, Bronwyn and I believe a few others who were ALL SO AMAZING even on my 100th call to them LOL !!! They were patient and offerred expert advice to assist me in my decisions. I love that they offer a PLAN B which I had to implement incase I needed a large wedding tent last minute due to rain . They guided me so much through that and made sure that I would have everything I needed for a "tent wedding" for 200 guests should it rain. Everything arrived as planned and in good condition !! I would be happy to use them again should the occassion arise ! Thank you to EVERYONE at Premier Party and Tents !

Five stars go to Bronwyn Kiser and Premier Party and Tent Rentals. Bronwyn was beyond helpful. Between brothers, sisters and sister in law, we organized my little sister quinceañera. Bronwyn was there for me when I had silly questions. Thnx a million for the wonderful service you gave us. For sure will be using Premier for future events!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have rented tables and chairs on several occasions and have not been disappointed. Prices are most excellent! I will continue to use them for all my party rentals.
Premier Party & Tent Rentals is always ready to take on our next big event. They have a most helpful team with a can-do attitude. They take pride in their work and their equipment. I have a wedding site venue where I require Party Rentals by Premier to supply all rental needs. When the sparkling white canopy goes up, it’s all there (no torn off parts) and it looks like a bride’s castle all a glitter with fairy lights. Be wary of lowers prices, you’ll get lower quality all the way around.
You won’t need luck if you choose Party Rentals by Premier, you’ll just have FUN!
We had a very big and important event to do for a major organization and we got the stages from Premier. The delivery, set-up, and take-down was punctual and professional. We did not have to give a second thought about one of the most important pieces of the event being in place. The event was a huge success and the stages held all of the people, no problem. We will be using Premier again for another big event next month!
Before this past weekend, I had never coordinated an event any larger than having a few guys over for pizza. I think I once had 20 people at the house for a party. Then I got married, and we decided to throw a party for about 300 people in the parking lot at a brewery here in town. Stress! That meant hundreds of chairs, dozens of tables, a stage for the band, a big dance floor...I was really nervous that something would go wrong or be forgotten. I coordinate things for a living...just not parties!
So it was a huge relief to work with the folks at Premier. From my first interaction, Sherry and team were helpful and quick to adjust my quote as the plans changed and grew and we realized that we had forgotten some things and reserved others that we ended up not needing. What a treat. They really put my mind at ease, and like me, were more than happy to work things out over email, which is much easier for me than over the phone (I have a horrible memory).
On the day of the event, the truck arrived on time (in a one-hour window) and within less than an hour, the two fast, courteous staff had set up everything! They helped us get everything right where it was needed, worked with the brewery and the band to position things properly, and were sure to leave me with their personal cell phone numbers so I could call them if anything came up during the event. Great!
Just as the last people were leaving the party (on a Sunday evening at 8pm!) the guys from Premier were back again to pick all the equipment up, right on time. The Sunday set-up and tear-down cost a little extra, but wasn't even an option with other rental places.
Such a pleasure to work with the folks at Premier. I'd recommend them to anyone, and while I'm a novice at this event planning stuff, I can't imagine how the service could have been better, and the price was on par with or better than other quotes I'd received. An all around great experience.
Had very important wedding event. Prepaid another rental company ,when they arrived they said that this canopy was impossible to put up in my back yard.They have the worst customer service! I had to drive down there for my money ,have words with the owner.please keep in mind that I have used them before . And now they say I have never used them ,I know where my money goes! I was in really big pinch . Guest where going to arrive in three hours! Called Jeff at premier party rentals (the owner) he personally came to my house said no problem and just like that the canopy was up !! The same size I had ordered from the other rental place? Premier cared and I thank them for all there help . I own a family business and I understand why some succeed and others fail? Thanks again premier!!
In my 30 years of event planning, I have worked with the crew and owners of Premier for 18 of those. If that isn't an endorsement of their quality, service and value, I don't know what is. They make me look good and jump through hoops if I need anything at the last minute--not that I ever forget anything!
The Moreno Valley Youth Opportunity's Experience with Party Rentals by Premier was world class. Our center held a youth awards ceremony; we rented tables, chairs, a large party tent, and a tent heater. It was POURING rain during our event, we stayed dry and warm the whole time. The customer services was above and beyond, they worked with us every step of the way, always answered our calls quickly and professionally, and helped make out event a huge success. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to hold an event. Great prices and even better service!
Professional, punctual, great prices and just plain nice! The company I work with started to do business with Premiere Party & Tent Rentals a couple of years ago for events that we put on for our company and clients. We have not used anyone else since! We will be using them for an event in two weeks!
